Guest Policy
To maintain a peaceful and private treatment environment, clients may bring one guest to accompany them during their appointment.
Guests must remain in the treatment room or designated waiting area and follow all studio guidelines.
Arrival & Check‑In
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and complete any necessary forms.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No‑show appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.
Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority.
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have recently been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment.
Certain treatments may require medical clearance or consultation prior to service.
Our team follows strict sanitation and infection‑control protocols for every client.
Age Requirements
Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable services.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service.
All treatment sales are final, as results vary by individual.
Photography & Consent
Before‑and‑after photos may be taken to document treatment progress.
Images are never shared without your written consent.
Respectful Environment
We strive to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
